WHY DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?

We keep our quantities low to save over buying stock. By pre-ordering, we can order exact quantities and sizes you want for a more affordable price.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Shipping times from our supplier are estimated for about 1-2 weeks. Once we've got your order in stock, Joe, Beth or Hannah will organise a pickup for you either from a group session or your 1-1's.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY SIZE?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible before we place your order to our supplier. Once the order has been made, we won't be able to change it.

CAN YOU SHIP MY ITEM?

We're currently not offering shipping options due to not having distribution setup to do this. We hope to offer this soon in the future.
